We make every effort to ensure that our valued customers are completely satisfied with every purchase. 

 Our Boutique has several sizing charts on most listings to guide you through your purchase. Please read the sizing charts closely to avoid ordering the wrong sizes.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help you find just the right size for your pet. 

If you need to return you order, please email us within 7 days from receiving your order and we will be happy to assist you. 

Any item returned to our company must be in its original, unused condition.  It must have tags attached and must contain all original documents, boxes, etc. or it will be refused. 


Doggie Couture Shop will accept returns for exchange or merchandise credit.  

Merchandise credit will expire 1 year from date of purchase.

Canceling an Order

We Process all orders immediately, therefore, once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. 

If Item Arrives Damaged 

–  If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours. 

Please Include your order number, date, item number and describe the defective merchandise.

Non-Returnable Merchandise 

Due to strict health regulations, used apparel, pet beds, blankets, carriers, treats, all grooming products, Furniture, and diapers which include belly bands and panties cannot be exchanged or returned.

Custom Made to orders cannot be returned, the Fabric/Material is cut to the specific measurement of your pet.

Engraved and Personalized Items cannot be returned for any reason.
All holiday items and accessories, including wedding apparel and Halloween costumes, a one time size exchange is allowed, no returns  store credit only.

  No returns or exchanges on Sale or Clearance items.

Please follow these guidelines when requesting an exchange or merchandise credit:


–  Please email us at within 7 days of receipt of your item, including order number, date of purchase and item number. 

Please include the reason.

–  Upon receipt of your email, we will give you a Return Authorization number. 

Please DO NOT ship items back to us without this number.  We ask that you package your unused item carefully back into its original packaging, including tags, etc.  We will provide you with the address to our receiving department and ask that you send it via USPS, with delivery confirmation (tracking number)

  You will be responsible for all shipping costs (both costs to ship back to us and to re-ship your replacement item).  We must receive the item within 15 days of issuing the Authorization number.   


–  Once we receive the merchandise and confirm that it is unused and in original packaging, we will issue a store credit so that you may use for the exchanged item.  An email will be sent to you upon receipt for your records.  We reserve the right to refuse items that have been used or missing tags, boxes, etc.


–  If you do not receive your merchandise within 14 days of your original order, please contact us. 


–  We will accept a return or exchange once per item.  If you need to return an item more than once, a $10.00 fee will apply.


–  Please allow additional time for exchanges.
